Restoration Technician

We are always looking for additional skilled automotive restoration technicians. If you have experience in building cars specifically the Classic Mini and live in the 805-area code we are hiring. We have many builds in progress and need someone that can jump in and work directly with us completing installs and assisting around the shop. We perform ground up restorations and need someone that has built several cars and understands the industry. We are looking for a well-rounded builder with an eye for detail that works well with others and is looking for a stable long-term position creating high-end custom automobiles. Part-time 20+ hours per week to start with possibility of full-time in the near future. Please include resume with references.

Administration/Finance/HR

We are seeking a self-starting incredibly organized administrator to keep the team supported. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office

  • Manage client communications including phone calls, emails, and bi-weekly progress reports

  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors

  • Assisting in invoicing clients and managing Accounts Receivable

  • Pays bills in a timely manner

  • Aids in organization of expenses and inventory – including organizing work orders, job costing, setting up shipping and filling out basic financial sheets.

  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.

  • Assists in running payroll

  • Ensure car collection is registered with the DMV in a timely manner

  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Hours are flexible. This is initially a part time position, with the possibility of growing to full time. Starting at $20/hour with room to grow
